Stillwater Counseling
Individual Therapy
Do you experience feeling overwhelmed, checked out, or out of control? Perhaps you feel stuck in unwanted patterns or struggle with healthy boundaries? My practice focuses on working collaboratively with teens and young adults as they grapple with major life transitions, anxiety or depression, traumatic experiences, poor boundaries, and personal or professional goals. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness in a traditional office setting, by secure telehealth platform, or outside on a walk or in the park. Please contact me for a free consultation to discuss your goals and begin your journey.
Free and reduced cost sessions are available with a clinical year student intern from the University of Maine School of Social Work. If this would better fit your needs please let us know!
